The study area includes Rutherford Road / Carrville Road between Jane Street and Yonge Street in York Region, as shown in the graphic below.

The westerly section from Jane Street to Bathurst Street is located within the boundary of the City of Vaughan. The easterly section from Bathurst Street to Yonge Street is located within the Town of Richmond Hill.
